Hi, I’m Kennedy Kero. I’ve spent the last 5 years of my career as the right hand to multiple founders in growth mode.

I’ve worked alongside powerhouse entrepreneurs to design premium communities and unforgettable experiences that drive retention, loyalty, and real revenue. I’ve led sales strategies, built launches, and created the kind of founder-focused environments that people are hungry to be part of.

My background spans high-ticket sales, relationship building, and strategic business development. I blend my background in community-led growth with a deep understanding of what motivates people to connect and make decisions that solve a pain point in their lives.

Whether I’m closing deals, mentoring youth (see pic on the right), designing founder experiences, or creating my own fun life, it’s all about helping people lead with conviction, clarity, and confidence.
